[Coco] Hires mouse emulation in VCC

G'day Robert and Wayne,

it appears that the .ini files are not being updated when any change is made
from within the emulation. If I select a disk image from the devices menu,
it's still blank next time I start MESS.

There may be a problem also with the natural keyboard driver. It seems not
to pass character combinations such as SHIFT-RIGHT ARROW, or CTRL-W.

In fact, very few CTRL key combinations are passed to the emulation.
Combinations like CTRL-I, CTRL-H CTRL-M work as expected, but nothing else.

Regards, Bob Devries
