[Coco] Hires mouse emulation in VCC

[Aaron Wolfe]

I'm just guessing here, but since you are getting behavior that does
not follow the rest of us, your installation may not be correct for
whatever reason.  I'd recommend downloading a recent version and see
if it works better.
