[Coco] We need an FAQ

I think most people who have questions either don't know about the archive, 
or wouldn't think to search it if it was searchable. I myself have asked 
many questions in the past, and still do, and I have never thought to troll 
through the archives to find an answer.

Many email lists have an FAQ, which is sent to the members on a regular 
basis, which helps with some of the more basic questions.
