[Coco] .cas & .bin files with drivewire

Wire up a cable from the CoCo's tape port Audio In to the PC's 
Speaker Out line.  An old phone cord makes a cheap cable.
Load up a CoCo emulator on the PC and type AUDIO ON.
On your real CoCo, type CLOAD or CLOADM.  On the emulator, type the 
same command.
