[Coco] kinda OT: Windows text editor

I use jEdit, which can do this with ease.  http://www.jedit.org/

You might look for "Macintosh mode" in other editors, as this usually
means just a carriage return at EOL.  Usually Unix = $0A, Dos/Win =
$0D$0A, Mac = $0D
