I'd check witht he Flex user group.
Even though you wish to run OS-9, quite a few of them will probably have SWTPC's

Subject: [Coco] OT SWTPCI have a SWTPC 6809 system that I have been trying to get up and running
again. It was working at one point, however it seems to be a downhill
battle since. Cleaned the contacts (Many times now)
I am not able to get the monitor program running (s-bug). I don't get
anything out the serial port and suspect I may have a memory issue -
running a logic analyzer it seems to be in the boot up loop or so I am
thinking.
The monitor program goes through memory checking for the highest
location to start the load (Memory is mapped from 0000-up) Then it will
send out the serial port the monitor prompt to start.
Long story short, I was wanting to confirm that the serial section of
the system is working and was thinking to modify the boot rom to send
data at startup. There is a chance that the system is working, but just
not talking.
This is pushing my knowledge of 6809 code - I can follow along but not
sure I am able to do this myself. Without the system working I would not
know if it was a hardware issue or my code was bad :) I was hoping
there was a kind person in this group that might be able to help. My
hopes are to get os9 running on this as well, it's current setup for
flex - but that's not the same thing ;)
