[Coco] Drivewire client for OS9/68K

I have the full OS9/68000 documentation here, and it's also available online 
at maltedmedia IIRC, so I can check the details. I do know that the MM/1 and 
my other OSK box can both read and write Coco OS9 disks, so there should be 
no issues there.
