Have you tried TeraTermPro? I've been using that for years. I haven't 
actually done any ZMODEM transfers myself, but both the dialog and doco both 
suggest that multiple file-selection is a feature.

You will need to edit the .ini file to increase the maximum serial port 
number to use.
