[Coco] Drivewire client for OS9/68K

  I not sure or if I just think I remember.  I believed I used PLIP 
(Parallel port Slip) using KA9Q on the MM/1B and a PC running windows, 
and it worked, it was just my cable Parallel Port to Parallel port was 
only 6ft and my serial cable was 50ft. So it was more convenient to run 
Serial.
