[Coco] x-pad on coco 3

Is it plugged into the CoCo 3 or Multi-Pak?

If I remember right, you need the 12 Volts (of the Multi_pak) for the 
X-pad to work on a CoCo 2 or 3.  Also, the pak may need the CoCo 3 fix too.

Try test it at standard CPU speed too.
