[Coco] How do to remove duplicate Mail

In the process of moving mail folders around and combining mail from laptop
to desktop, I have duplicate mail. It's the same message, Date and time.
So is their a way to scan and remove the copies under Linux, Windows XP or
even copy them as text to the CoCo 3. Of course the file size might be big
for the COCO.
Any suggestions considered.
