[Coco] Curses update

New curses:

I realized there was a horrible memory leak in boxwin(), so I removed
the function from the library.

Unfortunately,  fixing it would entail adding in all the extra buffers
and buffer code that this subset library doesn't have.  Not tonight,
my friends.

Anyway, boxwin() isn't even part of K&R era curses.
