[Coco] good news and more progress

I have fmato working now. The time stamp problem has been fixed, and the literal sort routine is functioning properly. Also, I replaced the old runb with the runb that came with NitrOS9 (with syscall, inkey and gfx2 merged), and the program launched form the command line with no errors. Apparently, the mods to runb and basic09 did make a difference.

I incorporated the CHAIN command, and now there are two procedures. I like using the name fmato as a development name, so I renamed fmato to decode, and named the new procedure fmato.

Currently, decode doesn't do anything more than it did, in terms of decoding the I-Code, but now I can start on the variable reference identifications. I have to compare the references to the VDT, the DSAT and their data memory addresses in order to complete the variable identification process.

I have uploaded the new files to sourceforge. The folder name is decode, and includes both source files, a doc file, and the decode.os9 disk image file. The disk image includes the source files, doc file and module files.
