[Coco] CoCo 3 68000/RAM board project

Not at this time. That requires a sandwich of two boards to make it fit back 
into the PLCC socket. I don't partticularly like to do double sided reflow at 
home. I do not have two different temperature solders to do that. So I 
woould have to do two boards. One for the FPGA and a second to inerface 
to the PLCC socket.
