[Coco] FTP Uploads to maltedmedia

I tried to dl these files but it said I need permission?  I own a B&B
controller, but some of the disks have become unreadable.

These appear to be MUCH later versions of the docs + software than is out
there, so knock yourselves out! It is in /incoming at present.
