[Coco] Mystery program

OK. At a guess, it is looking for a disk image as a file - maybe it writes 
it to a real Coco disk?

So
decbdsk PubDom1.dsk
might write that to a floppy.

Send me a copy of decbdsk.exe and I'll try to poke around in it.
