The 6551 can be configured to use an external clock (which is divided
by 16) for the baud rate timing. The external clock input happens to
be the same pin used for the input from the crystal that drives the
internal baud rate genrator.  The crystal used in the RS232 pak is
1.8432 MHz, so when the ACIA is set for external clock mode, the
crystal provides the exact timing for 115.2K baud  (1,843,200 / 16 =
115,200).
