You are correct Phil.
I just installed the newest version of MESS. I was using 0.128. George, 
go to options-directories and browse to the folder your roms are in. I 
made a directory called bios and that is where I put mine. Sorry about 
giving you some bum info. I personally like the Vcc emulator better. But 
it is good to have several emulators. If one won't work with a 
particular piece of software, you can always try a different emulator.
