The emulator can be downloaded here. http://www.discover-net.net/~dmkeil/coco/coco3.htm The download link is about halfway to the bottom of the page on the left. Its a big pink box with a picture of a coco in it. I don't have drivewire but I'm guessing you would mount a .dsk image on the windows drivewire server side and just copy it over.
