[Coco] 3D Deathchase released.

Hi!

Following the demo in January, the full version of this game has been 
released for CoCo 1/2 & Dragon.  It needs 16K or more and also works on the 
CoCo 3, naturally.

The unzipped DSK file is located at the same place as before, so Roger can 
access it via CoCoNet. ;)
