[Coco] compiling Toolshed

I have now got Cygwin working to the point where I can compile Toolshed. 
However...

I type "make" to start the compiling process after changing directories to 
Toolshed/build/win32, but it bombs out with a message that it can't find 
"-lnative". I'm assuming that should be a library file in the Toolshed tree, 
but it's not being created.

Am I doing something wrong?
Can someone help me out on this?
