Take a look at Vol1Issue3 of the CoCoNutz magazine at Coco3.com. You 
will find an article on how this can be done.

Based on your other question, you should be using HDBDOS on the Coco. 
That being the case, any Basic program having the name AUTOEXEC.BAS can 
be run with the DOS command.
