[Coco] Disk Cable Length - OT

I was recently told that NAVFAC was always looking to hire engineers.  Also,
just because you have an EE degree, doesn't mean you have to work in the
electrical field.  I fell into the Environmental field 15 years ago with my
EE degree and have never looked back.
