[Coco] cocotape.exe available by request

Gmail.com rejects exe and ZIP attachments.
Just rename them to .XEX and PIZ respectively, but let the recipients know.

CoCoTape e-mail #1 failed.  I zipped the program to see if this works
with the gmail server.
