[Coco] Colorama BBS

Hi Bill,
I ran a Colorama BBS a long time ago, back around 1984 or so. It was so 
long ago that I don't remember if I built my cable or just bought one. 
But I do remember something about the DCD, Data Carrier Detect signal 
being necessary. If my memory is correct at that time I didn't have a 
multipak interface either, so I would have been using a four wire rs-232 
cable which included rx, tx, ground, and DCD sigs. Here is a nice

I usually always homebrew my own cables.
