[Coco] Buyer beware

[N8WQ]

One thing I do on ebay is that I always wait about 2 weeks before I 
leave feedback on a transaction. That way if someone tries to be 
dis-honest or has shoddy business practices I can comment on it in my 
feedback. :) Fortunately, I have never been burned on ebay since 1998.
