The site appears to have private domain registration, but a quick search
revealed that speedylook.com runs on the same Canadian server with these
domains and appears to be the same owner(s):
http://www.encyclopediefrancaise.com/
http://www.talkpedia.com/
http://www.premiumlinkdir.com/
http://www.nanocashadvance.com/
http://www.usadebt.org/
http://www.myetymology.com/
http://www.dapyx.com/
http://www.dapyx-soft.com/
http://www.citizendia.org/
http://www.themesforblogs.com/
http://www.allmythemes.com/

Perhaps the most useful site is dapyx.com. I guess Bogdan Giusca (or,
Bogdan Giuşcă) (bogdang at hotpop.com or bogdan2005 at yahoo.co.uk) owns these
sites.

These sites clearly exist primarily to collect ad revenue, so I guess
accuracy is not the prime objective.
