[Coco] Ultimaterm + Bluetooth pak

Right now I'm proving the transparency and compatibility of my 
bluetooth pak using all existing software that I can find.

Just confirmed as expected, the CoCo 3 program Ultimaterm works.  I 
hate to keep saying this, but "it thinks it's a Tandy Deluxe RS-232 Pak".  :)

 From HyperTerminal I'm typing onto the CoCo's screen, and 
vice-versa.  Since each program support Xmodem/Ymodem protocols, 
that's one more way of transferring files if needed, although having 
to walk back and forth between the computers this way isn't fun.

Next up will be Twightlight Terminal from Sock Master, and all those 
famous comm programs we used to dial out with.

OS-9 and NitrOS-9 will be tested in the next few days or so.
