[Coco] Play with NitrOS-9 over the Internet

Imagine my surprise when I checled my email and found over 50 messages about 
this. I telnetted in using the built-in telnet command (using RUN), and 
again using the telnet URL Aaron supplied (which ran HyperTerminal instead). 
Both worked correctly.
