[Coco] Making .dsk images under vista

Mike,

I have used OmniFlop successfully on 3.5" disks with coco format. However, I 
assume they must be 720K disks (and that's what I used), not 1.4MB ones, 
since the coco can't read 1.4MB normally without serious modification.
