[Coco] Nitros9 Xpad driver

I had one on top of a CoCo stack and it had the owner's manual in the box.

As near as I can tell ATM, the resolution is 256 by 192 and wraps around.
It appears to simply use the PMODE 4/3 screen pages.

Here are some other quick highlights;

Memory Locations
65376 = X coordinate
65377 = Y coordinate
65378 = Current pen status

Data Format, three 8-bit words (X,Y, and status)
Speed = 106 X-Y coordinates per second.
Pen Cartridge = Fisher Space Pen #PR4

As far as I know, nobody ever set one up to run with a disk system.
