[Coco] CoCo 1 64K upgrade failed :(.

Hi Darren,

Yes I put a jumper on the R83 pins.  Double checked everything I could  
think of.  As mentioned desoldering the chips may have burnt even just  
one of them.  Someone suggested Jameco, the chips are about a buck a  
piece.
