[Coco] Reading CoCo Media from a PC

I believe there is source for a FAT(12?) file manager in the NitrOS-9
source archive.  I think I made one feeble attempt to assemble it into
working code once, but ran out of time to get it to work.  Perhaps that
could be banged into shape and modified to work with CF cards formatted
to FAT16.
