[Coco] B&B Glenside Shareware

I do have a copy of RSB, but right now I can't make images from it.
If no other copy surfaces, we can try to figure out a way to make it 
reach the general public.
Since I'm quite far away, shipping it from here shouldn't be our first 
choice.
