[Coco] using coco3 with TV

Ahhhh, the warm feeling of recognition! :-)

I actually have my CoCo 3 setup with both an RGB monitor and a small LCD TV
- I use the LCD from time to time on some games and applications, there is
something wrong inside the RGB monitor and the composite video is kind of
screwed up.

Back when I got the CoCo 3, my main monitor was a 12" B&W TV set for at
least 18 months until I saved for a CM-8.
