[Coco] color artifacts on Coco3 with RGB monitor

The Coco3 will not display artifact colors (red and blue) on an RGB  
monitor. This happens because the artifacts are generated by the color  
burst phase to video relationship of composite color. So, games and  
applications written for 256 x 192 in 2 color mode, will display as  
black and white.

I have solved this problem on the Coco3, by modifying the game/ 
application display mode (from 2 color 256 x 192 to 4 color 128 x 192)  
and  programming the palette colors (white, black, red and blue).
