[Coco] new Butterflies demo

Someone is testing the semi-final version of the game with joystick 
support.  A new demo copy has overwritten the ones on coco3.com, so 
grab the new files if you want to see it.  Mary now superimposes over 
the trees with no sprite masking other than an OR mix.

Music on/off  (sound effects still play)
Keyboard and/or joystick mode
50hz/60hz modes  autodetected from patched CoCo 3 ROMs and selectable 
from the menu
RGB and CMP modes

VCC compatible
M.E.S.S. compatible
