[Coco] Coco Contiki

One idea I had a few years back involving Contiki and the CoCo was to
somehow connect an Ethernut board running Contiki with a CoCo.

Basically use the Ethernut board as an expansion module to give the CoCo
ethernet access.  This is one of many of my projects that never got off the
ground.
