[Coco] (Simple?) Binary File Compression

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.  My current thought is that I'll try do do
a simple RLE algorithm, and I'll edit my images in such a way that the
backgrounds are rendered without any dithering at all, while items of
interest in the foreground are F-S dithered.  That compromise should produce
a somewhat compressible image, while retaining reasonable quality where it
matters most.
