Roger, if you need it, you can find the pinout of the MCM68754 at

I'm pretty sure there were articles in the Rainbow magazine on how to modify
the 2764 to fit the 24 pins socket.

I think that the RSDos modifications articles by Roger Schragg(?)  or maybe
one of Tony Distefano's article have the instructions to do this.
