[Coco] MPI 3126 upgrade

Hi.
I have a 3126 Multi Pak Interface that for years in the late 80's and
for the last year after firing it up again has worked fine. However it
is NOT upgraded. The recent discussion regarding this causes me some
worry. It is prohibitive for me to ship it off to Cloud9 for the upgrade
and have it shipped back to me in Costa Rica. I am good with a soldering
iron, especially since I bought this $80 beauty after all these years of
using 5 & dime irons! So I'm itching to run some rosin. But... What is
the mod? How to do? Anyone got some schematics and/or pics or something?
