[Coco] Another CoCo Proto Board source.

Not counting all the boards we still have available for sale. I have 
several IDE boards that had failed testing.
It would be fairly easy to cut the board in half and wire in what ever 
you want.
I'll count what boards are available and I'll post to the list.
It has been awhile since I looked at the card edge connector but I 
thought it is gold plated.
