[Coco] VCC ability to run .bin files directly

I was surprised tonight to find out that if you click on a .bin file 
from your Windows directories, VCC will fire up with the CoCo window 
and run the program as if you LOADM'ed it!

This is an awesome feature that the other emulators lack.  I need to 
get some kind of support in the Rainbow IDE for VCC.

To the author: can VCC be run as a command with parameters, such as 
the target file to mount, and similar options like mess.exe has?
