[Coco] Terminating Floppy Drive Cables

I've been trying to piece together a 5 1/4" floppy drive system for my CoCo 3. I've managed to acquire a Panasonic 360kB drive (JU-455-5). The drive apparently doesn't have a jumper/built-in terminating resistor. Rather, it seems to use a 14-pin resistor pack. Unforunately, the drive didn't include the pack--such are the risks of buying old, used computer parts. I found a 16-pin resistor pack from a broken Tandon TM100-2A drive that will fit the socket (albeit a couple of the pins will be disused, sticking off the side). Do you think this will be effective for terminating the Panasonic drive? Are there any risks to my hardware in trying this out?
