Hmm... I am in New York, a traceroute from my location to the first IP
218.67.245.189 went through its paces and it revealed an interesting hop:

14   281 ms   295 ms   292 ms  sl-china7-8-0.sprintlink.net [144.223.242.46]

China... final hop didn't reveal any name.

The second one seems to hail from the opposite side of the world:

 13    99 ms    98 ms    99 ms  if-1-0.core1.F2C-Frankfurt.teleglobe.net [

 15   126 ms   134 ms   127 ms  platinium-net-wNxdt.b.evolvatelecom.net [
86.55.5.66]

...it finally timed out after hop 15 above.
