[Coco] Re : Read/write/format CoCo floppies withinWin2K/XP/Vistaapplications

I did build a quick-and-dirty GUI tool which reads/writes/formats 35 or 40 
track CoCo floppies on my Win XP machine (using the fdraw driver). It's not 
really in a form suitable for public release at this point. I'll go back and 
see if I can polish it up a little.
