[Coco] private electricity ( still OT, but maybe not)

You may have to check your local zoning.  A lot of places put  
restrictions on auxiliary structures, and complaints by a jealous  
neighbor who is sitting in the dark could put a further damper on  
things %^P.  I have direct experience with the perversity of human  
nature in that regard.  Also, you might want to make sure it's well  
muffled.  All, of course, depends on where you are located.
