[Coco] At last... Tomorrow is the day!

I know this is totally off topic but I need some help.

I have a friend (fishing buddy) who can not access my web site.
http://www.texasflyfishers.org

This is the message he gets? I have not banned him but it sound  like 
that is what happened unless he did  something to IE and banned himself.

Any thoughts?
