1) I utterly HATE XBox and all creations MS has made...what a piece of ....
MS and their products are

2) It may have taken work to create the compilation but Ira does not own the
files in the compilation and thusly the compilation is freely distributable
as if one person (Ira) was able to distribute the files without legal action
then so can anyone else (this proves that while the files in the compilation
may have copyrights no one cares to enforce those copyrights these days and
thus this holds because Ira does not own the rights to any of the files in
the compilation and thus cannot choose whether or not the files can be
distributed as that decision belongs to the respective copyright owners of
the individual files/scanned material (scanning material does not transfer
the copyright to the scanner (in this case Ira), the copyright owner still
remains the same). This is like linux, you can't make a distro and then say
people can't freely distribute it because the nature of the files in the
distro are such that they are supposed to be freely distributed. This whole
flame war is pointless and a improper usage of the bandwidth the owner of
maltedmedia.com has so graciously provided us with, we're arguing over
nothing so lets just go back to the regular mailing list routine ok? Lets
make peace :)

But as I said if people have their own work in the compilation (for which
they were the original creator of the unique item and thus the rightful
copyright owner) that they want removed then they can obviously contact me
offlist and tell me the names of the file(s)/folder(s) of theirs that they
want removed (and the exact location of the file(s)/folder(s) on my server
please) and I will promptly comply :)
