[Coco] commodore 1080 monitor

Anyplace on the coco I could pick up 5 volts for the inverter?  That would
be a more elegant solution as pin 10 on the coco's RGB connector is not
used.  I could maybe run a wire from the pickup point to pin 10 and then use
that for power.
